Shipping policy
All online orders ship from our warehouse in Italy. Products ordered will be dispatched the following day, where possible, then the item / items are in stock. We currently offer the following shipping methods:

We currently ship to the following countries: European Union, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Canada, India, Japan, Mexico, Swiss, South Korea, Turkey ,United Kingdom and USA
Any delivery date foreseen when ordering the Products is only indicative and delivery on a different date, provided that it is made within the term of 30 days following the order, constitutes fulfillment by the Seller.
What you paid in checkout will be guaranteed including the transportation costs, but not customs duties, VAT or other taxes / duties relating to the importation of the Products in the country where the delivery will be made.
The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by you when ordering: any failure to deliver the Product for incorrect or omitted delivery information will therefore not be Our responsibility. In the event of your absence at the time of delivery, the Products must be collected at the address and in the manner indicated by the courier. In the event of non-collection within the deadline set by the courier, the Products will be returned to us and we reserve the right to refund you the price of the Products and to charge you the shipping costs.
We inform you that in the event that you use the shippers affiliated by us, the risk of loss of the Products is at our sole charge.
The same risk of perishing is at your expense even in the case of sending the Products returned by you in the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Unused and undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery to redeem a full discount or replacement. The customer assumes both the return shipping cost to our warehouse and the replacement item shipping cost. If goods are received defective or incorrect, LC will pay any shipping costs incurred. Refunds or credit will be processed within a week of receiving returned items. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to show on your account balance. Since all of our items are made in limited numbers, we cannot guarantee the availability of any of our products.
In order to send an item back for a refund, we need to issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping. All items being sent back for refund MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Please email [email protected] to be issued a RA number and be provided with the address of where to ship your return. Please write the RA number on the outside of the box if possible and include a copy of the RA form with the shipment. When your return has been received and processed by the Return Center, your refund will be returned to the original form of payment.
We also remind you that in case of a return, it will be your responsibility to pay transports, customs duties, VAT or other taxes / duties relating to the importation of the Products in the country where the delivery will be made: any formalities to / in this regard, it will be solely your responsibility, unless otherwise indicated.
The Product must be returned in its original packaging and in a state of perfect cleanliness. The substantial integrity of the Product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded in cases of products made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be sent back or which risk deteriorating or altering rapidly. We also remind you that, during the right of withdrawal period, you are the custodian of the products. This implies your responsibility for any damage, destruction or decrease in value of the goods delivered.
